Carta Bell Soak Up the Sun Tutorial

With summer just around the corner Carta Bella Soak up the Sun is the perfect addition to your scrapbook supplies. So many times I have supplies and don't know what to do with them. I will be honest. I have steered clear of die-cuts because I didn't understand how to use them. I found this great tutorial on Carta Bella's blog and I wanted to share it with you.
