Most of these Halloween crafts can be made with things you have lying around the house.  First, we took some empty bottles, filled them with colored water and sealed the tops with wax from a melted candle.  Then we finished them off with spooky labels. 

Next we took some old books we were going to get rid of and decoupaged them with creepy papers to create the perfect library for ghouls and goblins.  All the funky Halloween accessories, like the skeletons and crows and creepy hands we picked up at the dollar store.  You can find the papers and embellishments here, and here.
