Carte Bella "Ahoy There"

Allscrapbooksteals.com has featured a brand new line from Carte Bella called "Ahoy There". This line is ABSOLUTELY darling! I love nautical themes and this line does not disappoint. I want to show you a couple of card ideas and a tutorial on how they created the anchors for one of the cards. What a fun line.
