Casual Blogger Conference

You may have noticed our little button about the Casual Blogger Conference.  It's going to be held in Sandy, Utah May 28-29.  If you love to blog, or love to read other people's blogs, you really must attend.  I am traveling all the way from Colorado (I know it's not really that far to travel) to attend.

I will be there with my mom and if you are interested in meeting in person we would love that.  You can e-mail me if you're going to be there and we'll figure out a way to get together.  Perhaps we'll even have some freebies for our dear readers.

Giveaway Again

Dear Readers,

We have a little problem.  We have not heard from either of the winner's chosen for this month's giveaway.  I did e-mail them as some of you suggested.  The problem with e-mail is that some people don't check theirs that often.  Another issue is that my e-mails might get stuck in some spam folder since I'm probably not on your list of approved e-mails.  That is why we request that you check back here on our blog to see if you've won and then e-mail me your shipping address.  I check my e-mail about 10 times a day, and I also check my spam folders every day.  We don't want this monthly giveaway to turn into something that hurts people's feelings and makes them think badly of us.  It's supposed to be fun.

Since we will be starting a new giveaway next week we'd really love to get our February items sent off this week.  Because I have been unable to get any response from the other winners I've been forced to draw a new winner.  Hopefully the third times the charm.  So congratulations to...

New Winner Chosen

We have been enjoying a nice long weekend.  There was no school for the kids on Friday, and everyone has today off.  My wonderful father-in-law was in town and watched the kids on Saturday night so that hubby and I could have a night out at a fancy restaurant.

Valentine's Day Cards

This is the first year that my daughter has taken Valentines to school, and she was very excited   We bought little cellophane bags from Michaels, filled them with nerds and pin ball games, added a little card, and tied them with ribbon.  According to my daughter, they were a huge hit.

CHA 2010

Hi everybody! This is my very first time posting on our blog. I am so excited about some of the cool stuff I found at CHA (Craft and Hobby Association). CHA is the biggest trade show of the year. This is the coolest brand new product line I found at CHA. You can see Teresa Collins posing in front of her super chic product line.
